1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and utilizing the automation services provided by CherryFlows AI Automation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Services

CherryFlows provides bespoke AI solutions including, but not limited to, AI Chatbot development, CRM syncing, WhatsApp automation, and appointment booking pipelines. We design, deploy, and maintain these systems based on the workflow requirements provided by the client.

3. The 14-Day Free Trial

We offer a 14-day risk-free trial to test our live integrations under real-world loads.

• The trial period begins on the day the automation system is fully deployed in your staging environment.
• No upfront payment is required to commence the build or the trial.
• If you are unsatisfied with the results at the end of the 14 days, the service will be deactivated and you will not be billed.

4. Fees and Payment

Upon successful completion of the 14-day trial, should you choose to retain our services, you will be transitioned to the agreed-upon monthly retainer or project fee. Payments are due on the billing cycle date established in your final service agreement. Failure to pay may result in temporary suspension of active automations.

5. Intellectual Property

The custom code, scripts, and architectural blueprints created by CherryFlows remain the intellectual property of CherryFlows AI Automation unless explicitly transferred through a custom enterprise contract. The client retains all rights to their business data, CRM contacts, and brand assets used within the automation.

6. Limitation of Liability

CherryFlows relies on third-party APIs (OpenAI, Make, Zapier, etc.). We are not liable for system downtimes, data loss, or business interruptions caused directly by sudden outages, deprecations, or policy changes implemented by these third-party services, although we provide active monitoring to mitigate these events.
